E=Excellent G=Good F=FairFor more complete and specific information on a particular cement, refer to our catalog. All quantitative figures were arrived at 96 to 120 hours after full cure was attained. Cure times for 1 component UV curing cements presuppose substrate transmission >75%. Some plastics have very low UV transmission and will take longer to cure. Light sources for curing cements were from 4 watts to 15 watts/320mw/cm2 to 1200mw/cm2 @ 1" to 3".Nominal bond layer thickness for optical cement were .0003" to .0005" (8 to 10mm).
